Heritage Family is pleased to congratulate to the recipients of our 2023 scholarships! This year, HFCU awarded five $2,000 scholarships to deserving high school seniors pursuing further education in an accredited undergraduate program at a college, trade school, or university.

Four of these $2,000 scholarships are Heritage Family “People Helping People” Scholarships, awarded to students who demonstrated how their future plans align with the Credit Union philosophy of “People Helping People.” The 2023 winners of the HFCU “People Helping People” Scholarships are Lauren Solimano from Rutland High School, Emma Wentz from Black River High School, Jarrett Kelley from Rutland High School, and Mallory Hogan from West Rutland High School.

Heritage Family also awarded an additional $2,000 scholarship – the Heritage Family “Community Standout” Scholarship. To be considered for this scholarship, students submitted letters of recommendation highlighting how the candidate exemplifies the philosophy of “People Helping People.” The recipient of the 2023 HFCU “Community Standout” scholarship is Anthony Cavalieri from Mount St. Joseph Academy.
