As I wrap up my first 3 months as President/CEO at Heritage Family Credit Union I’d like to take this opportunity to thank my team, our board of directors, and the community for such an outstanding and welcoming start. During this time, I’ve had the pleasure of meeting our 175+ employees while visiting our 10 branches and met with many local and state officials, community leaders, and members. In doing so I was able to gain insight on the pressing issues facing our local community, as well as many valuable hours spent with our team outlining goals and opportunities for the future. In addition, I’ve had the joy of becoming better acquainted with the beautiful state of Vermont.
It is encouraging to report that HFCU is fiscally strong with a dynamic, highly skilled staff, and an engaged and supportive Board of Directors. We have an exciting year ahead as we develop plans to ensure our members and the community have an opportunity to thrive, while making sure we always live our mission to provide friendly, personable, high-quality services for the entire family.
I’d like to take this opportunity to officially thank you all for your support as we move towards the future of Heritage Family Credit Union together. I thank our Board of Directors for their continued support and for this incredible opportunity to lead one of the best Credit Unions in the nation. Serving the membership in this capacity is an honor and I look forward continuing to support those around me.
