As part of our ongoing efforts to improve convenience and security for our members, a consolidated card services dashboard will be available in eBranch for our HFCU Debit, Emerald Visa®, and Business Visa cards on November 1.
Both Debit and Visa card holders will see a new Card Services tab when selecting their account in eBranch. From there, several tiles will be available to help manage their cards, including Advanced Card Controls, Advanced Card Alerts, Travel Notices, and more. Visa credit card holders will now find it much easier to make a payment and access their statements through the Card Services dashboard.
