Add a sub-user for the joint member on your account.
To set up direct deposit to your Heritage Family Credit Union Checking account, use your MICR/Direct Deposit number as your account number.
To set up direct deposit to your Heritage Family Credit Union Share Savings account, use your listed Account Number/Direct Deposit number.
To locate your account information in eBranch using a mobile device, your account details can be viewed when you select and expand “Details” above the transaction history of the selected account.

To be eligible to add an external account in eBranch, you must be a member in good standing. A member in good standing is one with no delinquencies on loans or negative balances on primary accounts. Fresh Start Members are not eligible for this service.
